Parole

Picture
Parole should be based upon changes in a prisoner’s character and behavior during the period of incarceration and not denied on the basis of the crime for which the prisoner was sentenced.  Parole denials should not be generic, but relate to individual behavior and include requirements for release that will actually result in parole.
